Our Approach
Our services are focused on the concept of developing compelling brand experience. The work that this entails can be divided into three categories: analysis and planning, development, and implementation.
Analysis and Planning Services
A rigorous and disciplined strategic analysis is a critical first step in any branding initiative. Our work in this area extends beyond the basic questions of positioning, value propositions and brand architecture, and into areas such as experience design and the simplification of communications, user interfaces and customer service procedures.
Development Services:
Once the initial analysis and planning process has been completed, giving a clear roadmap as to what is required next, the creative process by which great brand experiences are developed can begin. This work can include the creation of names, graphics, environments, products, and interactions, and we take a media-agnostic approach to this process, with our core creative team creating a consistent set of brand concepts that can be applied where needed.
Implementation Services:
The next step is to deploy the brand experience that we have created with our clients. Training workshops ensure employees are ready to deliver the new experience to customers and other stakeholders, brand integration services ensure harmonization across all touch points, and communications and web design ensure that stakeholders are made aware of the new brand experience and how it benefits them.
The structure of work is essentially the same whether we are working for a non-profit group, a tech start-up, or a multinational corporation. All organizations have external and internal stakeholders with varying desires for, and opinions of, the brand, and any successful branding initiative must address their concerns.
